Honor Magic4 to be unveiled at MWC Barcelona on 28 February 2022

It’s only been 6 months since the release of the Honor Magic3, and yet it seems the next generation models are already on the way.
In a recently posted tweet by Honor, the company plans to reveal the Honor Magic 4 at MWC Barcelona on 28 February, 12pm (London time).
The teaser picture doesn’t reveal too much, but it’s clear the focus of the Magic4 series will be on the camera’s capabilities.

We’re told this will be the first globally launched flagship from the Chinese company, which started as a spinoff from Huawei, but has now turned into a fully independent company.
Honor will be launching 3 models in the series, all with minor differences.

- Honor Magic 4 Pro+
Recent leaks suggest all models with have triple cameras, featuring dual 50 MP cameras, with the regular and Pro variants having an additional 16 MP telephoto camera, compared to the additional 50 MP telephoto with the Pro+.

All three editions will support 5G, however the regular will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000, whereas the Pro and Pro+ will use the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 - the same chip used with the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Oppo Find X5 Pro.
In addition, all phones will have a metal frame design, with the regular and Pro featuring a glass back, whereas the Pro+ will have a premium ceramic back.
Magic UI 6.0, which is based on Android 12, will ship with all 3 phones at launch. The phones will also have a large 4800 mAh battery.
