Do you sell phone contracts?
No, we do not sell phone contracts or SIM only contracts. CompareDial is a comparison website - this means we show you all the best deals from multiple retailers and networks. When you click on a deal on CompareDial, you will be redirected to the retailer’s or network’s website, where you will be able to make a purchase.
How can I cancel or change my contract?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact the retailer from where you purchased your phone or SIM contract. If you’re unsure, check your email for order confirmation.
Can I return my phone if I change my mind?
By law, online orders can be returnable up to 14 days from delivery, which also applies to phone and SIM contracts. Some retailers offer extended return periods, but they are not required to do so by law. If you wish to start a return, contact the retailer from where you purchased your phone. As we are just a comparison website, we cannot help you in this regard.
Why haven’t I received my order?
If you haven’t received your order, check your email for tracking or delivery information. If you require further support, please contact the retailer from where you purchased your contract.
Can I keep my number?
Yes, keeping your number is easy. If you’re purchasing a new phone or SIM only contract from a different network, you must request a PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075. You will need to hand the PAC code to your new network, which can be done before or after your order.
If you wish to keep your number with the same network, you will need to contact your network directly, but be aware that not all networks will be able to do this.
